During hurricane gustav i evacuated to my sister's apartment and i texted her she told me she was going to go where i was staying for evacuation to go shopping the day after the hurricane past through. Regardless of who. I think no is the answer to both questions. You can never assume anything by text. The way we type is completely different than the way we speak and use body language. If the same kind of thing happened in a face to face conversation and she was smiling then, yes. Otherwise, I think she was just being sweet, that is not attraction.
