Hey i'm a young'n and i just joined.
I was wondering if theres any different methods you use for younger HB's or anything beginers should do in general??

Plus i need some simple ESP tests for starters. any ideas??

Everything works on everyone. Its more about frames and leading then anything else. Having them live up to your standards and what not.
