), but what I'm trying to say is similar to Dalziel: keep a solid frame, don't let yourself get down after a comment like that. make fun of it, play with it, experiment with it, but don't go running with your tail between your legs

As for a serious comment: the line I said before would do pretty good, although it's probably best to not actually shove her, but just act like she's going away, and possible later throw in a quick "Oh, I thought you had to go?" or something

and "Am I not paying enough attention to you?" form Dalziel is pretty good too, less jerky, but it's also way more direct (because I'm pretty sure she *is* indeed insulted at not getting any attention...).
Probably best to just pick something that suits your style, or try it a few times and see what kind of responses you get from each.
