I have been chasing women for a long time now and have had moderate success on my own. Mostly 7's because I always got really nervous around 9's and 10's. Two nights ago, I was in a bar practicing different openers and opening sets. I opened a table with 3 women. Two 7's and a 9.5. I opened with the "Do women like male or female strippers more?". I read it somewhere...can't remember. Anyway, I'm concentrating on the two 7's and I can see 9.5 is wanting some attention. Here's how it played out:

7 #1: Blah Blah Blah female strippers

Me: Well, I have heard that most women find the female body more enticing than a man's.

9.5: That's just what guys want to believe. It's all part

Me: Interruptions aren't part of the conversation Sweety. (Looking at her friends) Is she always like this? Anyway, as you were saying.

7#1: Blah Blah Blah.

7#2: Blah Blah Blah Male stippers.

Me: Ahhhh so you're all woman huh? You like bones in your fish huh?

7#2: (laughing)

9.5: I prefer really muscular strippers.

Me: Male or female?

Both 7's: (Laughing again)

9.5: Both. That would that turn you on wouldn't it?

Me: I kinda had you pegged as a closet lesbian. You're so deep in the closet, you're finding Christmas presents.

Both 7's : (laughing harder now)

At this point, the shit test came out. Kinda caught me by surprise.

9.5: Wait! Who do you think you are that you can talk to me like that?

Me: Who do you think you are that I can't? (Looking at the 7's)
How do you guys hang out with her? Anyway, thanks for helping me out. I gotta go catch up with my boys. You two try to have a good night.

It just kind of came out. I'd heard it in a movie once, but never had a woman pretentious enough to say it to me. Well I thought to myself that I had really blown it, but I noticed 9.5 looking at me when I would open other sets. As me and my boys were about to bounce, I dropped by their table again (with some AFC sweating 9.5) and asked if they knew where a good spot to get pizza was this late. 9.5 quickly says that she knows where one is. I get the directions from her and say (on a whim)

Me: If it's good tonight, I'm gonna go back later this week cause I can't resist good Italian food. Why don't you come with me?

9.5: Ok (looking a little shocked).

Me: Only if it's good though. Give me your number and if you don't get a call from me, you'll know that it sucked, and we ain't hanging out.

9.5 (Laughing) Ok you got something to write with.

Quick number close. Later that night I thought, "Man this shit actually works".

So was that a real shit test, or is she just psychotic? I haven't called her back yet because I have been busy. I guess I just don't feel like having to go through shit like that all the time. Should I just keep busting her balls the whole time? Kind of like what I learned from an old friend..."Treat a hoe like a queen, and a queen like a hoe"

Kudos man....I agree you did everything right with her...The funny thing is you said you only game 7's and BAM you #close a 9.5...Do the exact same thing you did with that girl man...Now call her set up a day 2 before she forgets all about you!

You don't need to be rude to girls.

Negs are a behavior modifier, from the text it seems like she was playing along with your opener and then you just kept slamming her.

You don't need to "treat a hoe like a queen and a queen like a hoe" which is disturbing on so many levels it actually boggles my mind.

You can be nice to girls until they give you a reason to punish them at which point you should do it once and go back to being normal, fun and interesting.

What exactly is over-negging and how did I do it? We're supposed to go out for pizza tomorrow and I don't want to make that mistake when we're hanging out. Yet, if my over-negging her is what got the number, doesn't it make sense that it would keep her interested? I didn't do any negging when I followed up. I told her that the pizza was pretty good, and that I would be going on Monday. She said that was cool and we set a time. After that it was maybe 5 minutes of me being me and keeping her laughing. So now I'm kind of confused. Do I just try to be my charming self, or do I keep up with what I did at the bar?

Be yourself....fun and interesting and don't tell her the same old cliche shit every other AFC does and you'll be fine.

However an HB9.5 may have needed just that to be attracted and it worked.

You lowered her value while upping yours.

You didn't kiss her ass and give her singles like most guys would in that club.

Be careful with negs. They can backfire and become nasty.
