sitting targets

I really have no idea how to approach a sitting target at the mall(say a food court or starbucks).

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Run your opener. While they are talking, grab a chair and sit down with them. Stack into a routine and neg as necessary. You don't want them to unconciously percieve them as having a more comfortable position than you. So sit your arse with them! lol
