I have a kind of problem with my ex (one-itti).

The situation is as follows: I decided to end with her because I was dating another girl and things were going ok. Things didn't worked out with girl #2 and, as my ex works in my same work, she sometimes goes to my cubicle and flirt with me.
Weeks later I discovered that she has returned with her ex, but she is continuing flirting with me at the office.
Today we were having a good conversation and I detected one or two IOI, so I asked her out, but she told she can't, because she didn't feel well.
I don't know what to do, because I'm only asking her out because SHE is flirting with me. I have tried to dismiss her, I never go to her place to talk with her, but her flirting makes me go back and ask her out.
What can I do to regain her interest?

Stop asking her out..

Invite her to hang out with you and some friends......

When she walks over..... (Talking to a co-worker, someone on the phone) talk about something that you are going to do. Be excited about it (not overly dorky excited)

If it peaks her interest (or even not) talk about it with her.

You: Blah blah, we are going here, blah blah, it is going to be fun.... (Make sure not to include a time frame, just say this weekend)
You: So what are you doing this weekend.
Find out when/If she is available.
You: (With a slight, slight frown with slightly raised eyebrows) Sounds fun
You: You are welcome to join US (not me, US) on 'freeday', it is going to be a blast!

That is it. If she does have interest, she will join you. You may even inqure about giving her a ride (depending on her transportation needs)

If she goes seperate, pick a place that has multiple venues. Hang out at someplace other than the 'planned' destination. When she arrives, she will call you looking for you. Tell her you will go get her, do not offer a chance for rebuttal. Tell her your friends are back at the other place and stay for a drink where you are at. By then, your friends have already 'left'.

If she goes with you, just say you will wait for them to show up.
