basically what do you do if you get no eye contact or IOI?

Approach them and win that IOI, if you only approach people that are already naturally attracted to you, then there isn't much point in learning the ways of a PUA.

shes a barmaid at a bar to drink at with my best mate, shes HB8 and just doesnt give off IOI im only starting out on the game, my only chance to speak to her is at the bar or when shes collecting glasses which she was doing that night, not sure what to say..
