I had a gf for 3 years, she broke up with me! With me! it was my fault, i lied to her on more then one occasion.. i fucked it up.. i even threatened suicide.. She cut me off for months.. during that time, i got into pick up, hired Mystery, made great friends, had sex, lost my virginity.. and finally, CRIED MYSELF TO SLEEP EVERY NGIHT AND ANNOYED MY BEST FRIENDS WITH MY SUICIDAL AND ANXIETY PROBLEMS!! Everyday would be worse then the last..

so i finally get over her.. kinda.. i dnt cry as much, i dnt call her or text her, IM FREE!!!!!! I can pursue my life..

Then.. today, i get a long message saying she broke up with her NEW BF!!!! Well, he broke upw ith her.. and now... she needs someone to talk to, i am so overcome with joy, i quickly call her...

We talk and she reads me a note she wrote to her ex.. claiming how he took her virginity and stuff. and then i started to cry and i became suicidal again.. but she didnt know, i kept it hidden.. We talk and she adds me on facebook,.. 10 min later, she deletes me and hangs up cuz we dissagreed about politics.. she loves politics.. and disagreed with me.. then.. i call her back, and she dosent answer and texts me, "i thought we could talk, guess not." Its like she just used me to read that note.. and tell me how much she was in love with him and how much she got over me when im still in pain about her. Then i texther, "Have fun being a lone u good for nothign bitch, i hate you, never talk to me again and leave me be." I wrote leave me be cuz i ran outta space and i dint have enough room for "leave me alone"

I hate her, i hate my life, and now im back into my depression.. i hate it, I dont know what to do, please someone help me. I don't want pitty. if u say, "im sorry for you." ill flip out at you, i need help, not pitty.. i cnt even go sarging cuz ive got a self fulfilling prophasy that ill fail.. that girls will reject me.. IVE GOTTEN TO A POINT WHERE I UNDERSTAND THE GAME COMPLETELY!! AND WITH ONE PHOEN CALL!! SHE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE AN AFC AND NOW IM STARTING OVER!! I hate this, i hate my life.. Everything is worthless and I dont know what to do, please.. someone help me!!!

I would say dig deep into David DeAngelos Advanced Series and Mastery series and drill his teachings on inner game into you. However, I think you need more than that. You may want to see a therapist first. In my opinion you started out your romantic life on the VERY wrong foot and now you have hardwired your brain to be completely dependent on this persons love and affection. You have to learn to stand on your own two feet and a psychiatric therapy may be what you need to get there.
