I can keep eye contact and present my body language effectively but what about smiling etc?

I am one of those people who naturally smiles a lot, but I don't think you have to smile a lot if you aren't a big smiler.
There are just several times when you need to smile in order to get ther best results. Before/When you approach a women or set of women you want to make sure you smile, so you convey happiness, confidence, and so on and so forth. The other times you need to smile are when you are negging so they don't take it personal and when you are telling jokes or being C&F.
Just don't try to force a smile, because women and men can tell those from a mile away. Its funny I see some men who think they are smiling but it actually looks like they are clentching there teeth together.
