I'm a 23 years old military officer currently on a staff job (9-5 routine, returning home each day).

I discovered the game about 1 month ago following nearly 5 years of no close contact with women (only had 1 girlfriend so far, lasted one year).

As of yet I have not been able to sarge WITHOUT my uniform for two main reasons:
1. Girls here LOVE it and it seems like a strong DHV even before you approached (civilians AND soldier girls), even towards potential AMOGS.
2. I feel totally insecure without them, because I'm thin and short and look like a fucking kid in civilian clothes.

There are additional problems:
*Opening girls OUTSIDE the base is challenging because I never know if they react positively due to me being more senior or because I'm actually attractive to them.
*Opening girls within the base is problematic due to possible sexual harrasment issues (they're extremely sensitive to this shit here, feminists are in control of this fucking country), especially dealing with 18-20 year olds who are potential subordinates. Female officers *ARE* an option I have yet explored.
* There's another problem and that is I'm going to get a promotion in a few months and this will even extend the gap between me and younger soldiers/civilian chicks... Should I really worry about it, or are girls gonna be attracted to this?

I'd like to get your opinion on this please.

Other issues I would like to ask - - I've made a nice progress (inner game, AA minimization, confidence) but I still cannot find the way to #close - too afraid of rejection.

Additionally, I cannot fucking night game because I have AFC friends, and I seriously hate clubs and pubs (I don't drink/smoke though I can dance).
So I only limit myself to venues where I HAVE to be regardless of sarging (i.e bus stations, busses, malls, military offices).

The actual time constraints (not false ones!) involved in these venues really hinder my game, because on numerous occasions I've indirectly opened a girl on the station/bus but was chickened to ask her number when the bus arrived at my station...

Can you believe this, I'm a battle trained military officer, injured in action, have 10 subordinates, YET AFRAID of asking 18 year olds their numbers for fear of rejection...

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
