Ok so last night I went out with a group of friends and we ended up at this jam packed club with all kinds of HB10's it was like a freak model party. One of the waitresses was by far the best looking girl in the club and therefore became my target.

So as me and a friend were coming out of the bathroom we noticed the waitress walk with three shots on a tray into the girls bathroom followed by one of the bartenders and the bathroom attendent. So I stop more curious about what they were doing then anything and the three of them waited for everyone else to walk away, while my friend and me and the three of them had a little photo shoot (yeah in the girls bathroom).

So then the three of them lit the shots on fire and drank them down and we all walked down the stairs. As we got to the bottom my target stopped in front of me and started picking up some glasses from the tables. So as I walked past I looked back over my shoulder at her and said "very nice.." was going to keep the sentence going but she cut me off and quickly said "what?" and just smiled at me. So I looked back and was about to say something again but she was called to the bar.

What could/should I have done here?

that would have been a perfect scenario for you to go over there and be like my friends and I would like your opinion on something... and then you can up wit something... I feel like you walking buy and saying "very nice" might have come across as you hittin on her more than you assumed...

Seen this girl again on Sat. night working at a different club. She was selling tickets to get in and as soon as I walked up to her she blushed and said, "I remember you." Then i said "yeah you were taking shots in the bathroom the other night.... where are you from? Cause you're English is great." She blushed again, but I walked away to go find my friends... free drinks on her next time out!
