Hey i'm new here and trying to learn as much as I can after reading "double your dating"

Anyways...I met this girl at a bar through a big group of friends. She approached me and was mostly trying to keep a conversation with me while I generally just ignored her. I also didnt say bye when i left that night. A couple of days later I sent a facebook opener and she responded fairly quickly with a "i had fun the other night!" type message. We sent a couple messages back and forth and I proceeded to talk about myself/qualify myself and she seemed to lose interest and stopped responding. So I cut the crap and asked directly for her phone number and a good time to reach her. In less than a day I had her phone number along with an entire summer schedule. I replied to her message with a simple "ill give you a call sometime" and left it at that. The phone number was received late sunday night and I'm trying to figure out how to follow up and get a Day Two...I was thinking about calling her up thursday after her class is out, set up coffee for friday and then get off the phone to do other things...Lemme know what u all think!

you're idea sounds perfect. It seems like she lost interest when you started qualifying yourself. Make her jump through hoops before you start jumping through hers.

My questions about the situation are more about how to go about the first phone call...what kind of things to say etc...I'm expecting a shit test about "why didn't you call me sooner" which I will just shrug off lol

Just say something like "I'm gonna be at Starbucks (or whatever the coffee place is called) on Friday, meet me there at *time*". End of conversation.
