There's about to be this new girl I'm going to be working with. I caught a glimpse of her as she was leaving the interview. HB8 from what I saw. Anyways, how would I go about opening her? I probably would have like about 15 minutes or so out of an 8 hr. shift throughout the night to talk to her. Also, how would be able to # close? Thanks for the replies.

I'd open her normally, get her laughing and leave an impression, then build comfort by using your job to your advantage.
Tell her if she has any questions about ANYTHING or needs any help, not to hesitate to ask you.
Then most likely she will come to you first with her questions, because she wont be nervous to ask them.
And if your working with her, it might be overkill to try and # close her on the first day. I;d give it a few days, work on building interest and attraction first, then after a few shifts it should be easy to get her number in a casual way.
