Read some material. You're asking us to explain methodologies that men have written entire books about.

Micro calibration is exactly what it sounds like, small adjustments in how you do things. You may have the concept down, but there are an infinite number of ways you can say the same thing, how you can use your body language, vocal tonality, etc. It's the fine tuning that ends up being the big thing and that only comes with experience, there is no way anyone can give you that knowledge.
