Basically I met some girl at work who no longer works there, got her facebook and posted on her wall, then she posted on mine, then I send her this message...
"hey, I realized I won't see u at work anymore...we should chill at our local tim hortons one day lol since you're so close..." then mention some stuff about work,
then she replies "lol sounds like a plan" and responds to what I said about work...
Is she just being friendly or is there potential here?

There is no way to estimate the amount potential there is, just give it your best shot.
