I understand that puas generally recognise 4 different types of basic social interaction: IOIs, IODs, DHVs and DLVs.

What I'm wondering is does anyone have a fairly set formula for how you should respond to each of these? For example, I imagine it's a bad idea to neg a target who has just IOId you. Likewise if a girl is DHVing to you I guess the right thing to do is reward her by showing interest... but I could be wrong so I was hoping someone had a structured approach as to what exactly should be done by the pua when his target has IOI, IOD, DHV or DLVd him

This is the basics.

DHV from her to you is an IOI

DLV is something you do to her (or do NOT do to her)!

If she IOI:s you, reward her.
If she IOD:s you, punish her (neg, backturn etc)
If she DLV:s to you, dont mind unless she is doing it intentionally or is fishing for a compliment. That would be a shittest.

I think he would like you to elaborate there. What would be the reward? Kino, complement, a cookie? I know I am not the onlyone woundering this.
