There are lots of possiblities. It may be psychological, or it might be physical. Focus on the psychological issues first, because if you can conquer those and you are an otherwise healthy young male, there is no reason why you won't be virile.

If it turns out to be a physical ailment, then talk to a doctor, they will ask you some questions and can figure out what may be causing it and there may be SPAM for it. Don't jump straight to this, because the vast majority of the time, it is psychological and not physical.

That doesn't mean that being 22 and having Irrectile Disfunction is unheard of. There are medical conditions that will cause this, most being due to low blood flow. Diabetics for instance often find that their extremities (feet and hands) get cold faster than regular people and that is due to a lack of blood flow, which can also cause ID.
