Fortunatly most germans can speak a reasonable amount of English so it's not as bad as it could be.
In the circumstances when they aren't very fluent or when first opening, It becomes very easy to dismiss me as "I don't understand".
The other problem it creates is a lack of social status, since a large element of PUA is language; when they don't understand a neg, or innuendo or if I end up trying to explain what I said either in German or simple English it slows everything down. and as mentioned in 'The Game' people with higher power and status use language more and expressive movements less, and with the language barrier I have to be more expressive with my body/hands to communicate.
Are there any suggestions, Should I approach in English and hope they understand enough, or should I (which I have been doing so far) open with basic German and then it leads to the fact that German is not my first language which can open up the conversation a little.
Should I just try and increase the kino(not initially my strong point)?
Should I try to go to Clubs with Loud music so I don't have to talk as much? and if so are there some links to strategies for approaching with minimal verbal communication?
Another slightly related Question: Does anyone know if there is another site (english or german), where I could find fellow PUA's that I might be able to meet and sarge with in Germany (Dresden)?
Danke,
p.s. I have had some success over here, I'm just hoping to bride the gaps, and hopefully this will also help those who do not speak English as their first Language. _________________ Brenden Heinitz,
