Okay, this admitadely is a long winded intro to the situation but will help you understand it further.

I am 21, this girl is 18
I attended a bbq and invited a work friend (18 years old) who brought along her friend (girl in question) at the time I didnt know she was into me, but she started playing footside under the table and holding my hand, it became apparent she liked me. I dropped her home and kissed her with tongue. Called her and she didnt return calls, until we met up again for a night out clubbing, on the night out we were dancing together and she was moving my hands to grab her ass and we were kissing loads etc. Took her on one further date when it got a bit more involved she was getting close to me, fine.
She goes on holiday and I sent her a happy birthday text, when she comes back...yesterday I called her and said hi, she said "can i call you back in five minutes" she hasn't yet called me back, how should i sort her out and make her keener than ever, do i Freeze her out?

Something came to my mind but I'm hesitant to tell you to use it. A text saying, wow you need a new watch, your five minutes is forever :p. It's kind of cutesy/funny, however it makes you seem a little needy...so, it's your choice to use it or not.

Or, just act like this never happened and invite her out somewhere again. I've found that ignoring dumb little things like this and acting like everything is fine tends to work.

I think it would come off needy and she has done this with the phone before, she's been playing hard to get even though I give my same line to every girl to make them defensive. "i dont like girls who play games" they usually respond "i dont play games" then its on to the "i dont like girls who play the i dont play games game". Anyone else have any ideas. I could move on and invite her out I suppose.

This is what I would do:

As she just got back from holiday shes going to be still on a high from it; thinking about it talking to her girlfriends "lol remember that thing looool" etc the usual boring shit girls get up to...

So text/call her on Monday afternoon; this will work well because 1) it shows that you are not needy eg can have a fun weekend without her...2) she will most probably have a shit weekend as she has just got back from holiday and will most probably be thinking about that while shes out...then slip in when shes most vulnerable...easy.
