The best way to Neg imo is to do them improv on the spot.

Make fun of a facial expression, a clumsy manouver, fruedian slip...Neg them if they show too much intrest in something, or not enough.

Seriously maybe my sence of humour is just sinicle but i could prob Neg anyone i meet for hours on end just off thier responses to my negs lol.

Have fun with it, over step bounds with it sometimes (not because it will work, but because it wont...then you can compare and contrast). In some cases you'll get the targets friends or others into the neg, even if its over the top and you insult her, its DHV to most others. This is something i have observed my friends do to me...i let them know i dont apreciate x,y,z and they do it anyway and my other friends soak it up. Now i just AMOG them and come out on top

i found that if you find something you like about them use it. So if you like their eyes, say something about their eyes, but then say something thats kind of puts them down.

But i know how it is, sometimes it hard to find something right off the bat. But when you are talking to them it should come to you.
