This is something that has haunted me through my entire life!

I am a naturally anxious individual and I have ALWAYS suffered from approach anxiety, and shyness around attractive women or potential kiss-closes.

I have improved a lot at this as I became better looking, lost weight, started going to the gym and bought some nice clothes.

But here is where I am still having trouble:

I care wayyyyy too much. I usually have no problem getting a girl hooked, but when I do I act too protective or too there to actively push & pull. So I escalate up to a certain level with a number-close, kiss-close, high levels of kino, but then when I feel there is a down or after we kissed I feel as though as I should be letting the girl come after me and seek my attention. However, I stay there and I let things become stale.

Anyone got any advice? I guess I become anxious and run out of things to say AFTER I've closed.

Yesterday night for instance, I kiss-closed this girl I had been cooking up for a few days already. I got her number and I was gaming her through texts and FB (with my forms of push & pull). After I kissed her, she became extremely awkward after a while and said her dad was picking her up soon. So I took her outside and all he friends were standing around, and I was just standing next to them like another one of the group of friends. When we said bye it was like a friend bye and there she went.. extremely weird. Anyway, when she got weird I should have let her come and find me when she sorted her shit out (BTW I popped the "how would you feel if you kissed me" and it worked wonders after kino was established).

Basically the main thing is: how do you keep her interested and hooked after the kiss close?

Now I kiss, and I keep my face in her face space ,as if I could keep kissing her if I wanted to,but I choose to not to (keeping the tension)
