Ok guys, a little bit of my background:
For the last year or so I got really into latin dances, thanks to what all that kino part or just simply - getting close and comfortable touching strangers, became natural and anxiety no longer in my way.

So my sticking point is this:
after I "Isolate" the chick, or just simply get her out of the dance floor, I know that that she is into me, (I can tell that by her keeping looking at my lips up and down, and by how she is working to keep my attention, etc. etc.).
And still it feels odd to just go ballsy and kiss her.(Right now when I'm writing I'm actually thinking that that's exactly what I should do).I bet the reason it feels odd is that I'm thinking too much about what others might think, since in those clubs I'm regular so you know a lot of people there.

To make it short, I feel like I need to spark attraction a little by escalating verbally(flirting).
What I need is a few examples with the ideas behind them, how to spark it. Preferably not indirect, but straight to the point.
