From a 100% moral standpoint, you should technically do this BEFORE you have sex the first time.

However, I think most people would agree there is no promise of commitment if you've only been seeing someone a few weeks and maybe had sex 2/3 times, so I think it's acceptable to bring this up after the 3/4th time we've had sex, and I like the girl and want to keep her on.
