Need some advice. New to the game as after getting outta a long relationship.

Heres the story.

Got a taxi home from the niteclub with two girls. Was only talking and having a laugh with one of them for about 5mins and got her number.

I texted her a couple of mins later got a reply saying "Hi Mr. taxi guy. xxx"

I replied got nothing back, texted her again next nite "Hi Jade its mr. guy from the taxi as u called me or dave 2my friends. Did u ave a gud nite last nite".

Got a reply 20 mins later saying "Hi mr guy from the taxi!! Ha ha I do apologise about that!! Last nite was lots of fun... But had 2 work today so not much fun. "

I replied "Dats shit were do u work. I spent the whole day in bed was wrecked."

No reply, I no my response was pretty lame.

Were do I go from this?

Yea, that wasn't really a great reply, you should've waited for a while, even maybe a day or 2, take it slow! if you txt all the time you will soon run out things to say, so if you wait, hours between the txt messages, it takes time (maybe she is doing the same now) If she not reply's i would leave it at that for a couple days, and then you can re-initiate once, if she then doesn't reply ur out!
