I often find that I neg too hard and make girls believe that I am genuinely disinterested. How can I make her feel better and let her know that actually I like her?

After she feels insulted I never take back my comment thinking this would show that I have a weak frame. WTF is my problem?

i had the same problem, i was overnegging all the HB i met.
now i don't neg if the girl is friendly and i think is much better

Quit negging completely from now on. The only time (the ONLY) you could neg is when the girl is being a total bitch toward you.

However, even then you have the chance to just walk away and don't say shit to her. Negging is completely useless.

i find that sometimes (rarely) can be usefull also when a specific girl is getting a lot of AFCs attention and negging, if delivered in the right way, you distinguish yourself.

i remember just finishing the mystery method and thinking i had it all figured out... hit the bar and negged the shit out of an entire bachelorette party, only to get beer splashed all over me and told to fuck off haha

i've learned a lot since then, if theres no need to neg, don't do it! the girls loved us in the first place then i fucked it all up by trying to be too methodical. if you've already got the attraction phase locked in, roll with it... tease, don't diss.. know what I'm saying?
