Hey guys, i'm pretty new to the community and I'm wondering how do you go through PUA routines on a girl you've known before.

Very very easily. Everyones pre-made routines are great if you don't have a brain. Use the ideas behind the routines in every interaction and before long you'll be using the best routines on the planet. Social circle is pickup without opening. You can still run routines and the whole on them, you've just got to adjust a little bit. And since you're new, here are some helpful hints.

1. If you're already deep in the friend zone, it's probably too late. Maybe you could look around for people who have gotten out of it. It's a sticky trap bro.

2. Don't get set on one girl, no one girl is really that special. You'll screw up, and if you're new to this, you need to screw up. Test all this stuff out, and constantly be experimenting on new girls and new challenges. That's how you learn.

3. Learn as much as you can, but use your head and test it out. Find out what works for you. As much as the big shot mPUAs would like it to be true, there's no such thing as "magic routines". It's all in the practice.

If you think your too deep into the friend trap man up your way out of it. What I mean is this: When your stuck in that category they see you as something sexless. You might as well be one of her girlfriends. What you need tgo do is remind her that you're a man. Be corageous, protective, gentlemanly, self-assured domineering, all the things a man should be. That will tingle her hormones and raise your alpha male profile. Take off your shirt and show off your pecs if you have to damn it!

Remember you're a man and she's a woman, and you can't cheat nature. The problem is that when we become friends we tend to tone down our manliness.
