Hey so I was just curious how some of you have secured a date with a waitress. I am trying to figure out how to go about this, due to my current situation:

I go to this place near home probably about once a week and usually see and am served by this great looking girl. She always has a smile and is a great waitress in general. I would like to ask her out, however, it seems like it is not a good idea to ask her out while at work. I want to somehow run into her outside of work; I am pretty confident in my social skills and would be able to ask her out no problem, but that doesn't really seem feasible either unless I become a stalker.

Some additional details: I did a little research and looked her up on facebook because I know her name. She is listed as single, lives about 15 minutes from me, and she is 25 (I am 22). Also, she constantly gets hit on at the bar & grille that she works at, usually by older men.

How would you guys go about getting her number?
