I've heard before that dances are really not a good place to meet girls. Is this true? If not, how should it be done? I was at a school (university) dance last night and basically just introduced myself, asked them to dance, asked their name, and then just kept the convo going by saying things like "tell me about yourself" or asking "how are you enjoying the dance?" and I always maintained a state of being happy and having fun. Good or bad?
