Anyway, what I think he's trying to say is that he's going after a woman 2 years his senior, and he wants to know how to DHV her.

I say play it like you would normally play anyone. If you sit there and let one aspect of her persona intimidate you, you're putting her on a pedastal. Out of chance I mostly date women who are older than me, 1-2 years but there have been some exceptions on both extremes(I'm freshly 23). These women are exactly the same except usually they'll have jobs and they'll be a little more keen on the generic social interactions with guys. This, to me, is an advantage because it means you can play them by the book.
