There's a girl on my floor in my dorm. I've done C&F on her, and I'm 99% sure she likes me. I've kinoed but haven't gone past that.

So even though we're good friends and I'm nearly positive she has a crush on me, I haven't gotten any action at all with her. She hasn't friend zoned me because I've acted alpha male and sexual around her. In fact, she's given me numerous IOI's. However, I haven't gone past that cause it just would feel weird, given that we're good friends and see each other a lot. There's been some heavy flirting between us, though. Now I'd like to go past that, though.

I've escalated with other girls, but with this girl, for some reason, the possibility of escalating just feels weird, even though I know she wants it and I want it too. So especially with Valentine's Day a couple days away, what should I do, how do I transition to becoming more than friends? And How do I isolate her to one-on-one, given all the other people on the floor who her and I usually hang out with?

to get somethin to eat/drink
anywhere you can to just get her outside, and if you're more than 80 percent sure she's into you, be confident and kiss her.
when you get that feeling of, should i kiss her now? stop thinking and just do it.
