One problem i seem to have when i game or just flirt in general is that I have trouble releasing sexual tension or energy!

Like, Il be with a bunch of girls, and Il tease and ned and theyl all be giggling and its great, but when i walk away, unless its at a club (where the HBs know that all I want is them in bed), I feel like I leave the girls thinking "Nice, he was funny, I just made a new friend!" rather than "Omg I want him. Thank god he took my number" you know what I mean?

I wanna establish sexual tension everywhere I go! For example, theres this HB 10 at my school whos dating a friend of mine. We always make eye contact when I walk into the caf. To be mean sometimes I dont look her way, other times I smile or something. Wen wer together I always tease her. Today she grabbed my ass as a joke and I answered "its 7 dollars every time you touch me by the way!" everyone laughed. But I dont want to come off as the clown! I want to be that Alpha guy that makes the girls go ouhhhh

Sounds like you do a good job building attraction but if you stay in that phase no girl will take you seriously. What you want to do of course is QUALIFY the girl that you think is interested in you. A simple one I guess is "You know at first I thought you were like every other girl, but you're actually pretty cool, it makes me wanna get to know you more" I'm sure there are better ones but that's how you demonstrate that you're interested her and transition into the comfort stage where you go deep into her personality and build a rapport. If you do that and keep up kino escalation, making it more sensual, you'll be at seduction in no time.

Be flirty, and hover on the boundry of sexual, but when you start being one of those guys that turns everything into a sexual innuedo, or hints at sex it turns girls off.

I agree - overtly sexual guys are not very attractive to women. If everything that comes out of your mouth is sexual in nature, girls will see you as a try-hard or just a pervert. You need to be subtle with your sexuality and get girls riled up. If people already see you as class clown, that's actually to your advantage, because you've got the social hook. Continue with the routines, but up the energy with playful non-sexual touching with those girls who give you IOIs. Neg them a bit, then DHV and take charge of some situation, like picking the table your friends are going to eat at and making sure the girls see this (LOM).

Tickling is great but it has to be playful and non-sexual or it will just come off as creepy. If your target girl is responsive to non-sexual touching, try to up the energy a bit with more intimate touching. I.e. walk up to her and put your arm around her and start talking to another friend, making sure your hips touch side to side or the side of your legs touch. If she doesn't recoil, you know you're "safe" at that level and you can then escalate a little further. If she gives you an IOI or tries to touch you back, recoil yourself as a little neg and say something like "hands off the merchandise" and turn it into a little joke. Then DHV and watch for more IOIs. For a girl who's primed for you, friendly touching is always sexual, even if it's just a tug on the shirtsleeves.
