So I've read about the theory Mystery has on kiss-closing, that if you get 3 IOI's, you should just ask her if you can kiss her, and if the answer is not "no", then do it.

Now, what if she says "no". How the hell do you recover from that?

And then if she says maybe or I don't know, and you go in for it, and she physically rejects you, then how do you recover from THAT.

Does anyone else see this flaw, or is it simply a theory that doesn't seem to work on paper but somehow works in reality?

A part of the gambit is keep talking-

if she says maybe - tell her lets check adn kiss
if she says no tell her you didn't mean to do it and therefore she should stop looking at you like that.

I would never ask a girl if she wants to kiss me.
When a girl wants to kiss you she either kisses you or keeps staring at your eyes, then at your lips.
Get close to her, and she will look at your lips, thats a sign she wants to kiss you.

That may work for you but by asking if she wants to kiss you there will be little risk for getting shut out by making a mistake especially if you want to take it further than a simple kiss close.

ok this is fool proof, in a way, its from adam lyons
high five her then spin her around, then when she is facing you, dont let her hand go, put it on your sholder, then get closer, then kiss her on the cheek, then look at her eyes, then go for the other cheek, now, if she doesnt move her head opposite, she is ready to be kissed, so after that kiss go in. if she does! then kiss her on the other cheek so it doesnt seem like you where been sleezy
