I have trouble of keeping these college girls attention in crazy ass rez/house parties where they get pulled away to do random shit all the time and random people approaching. Has anyone experience this shit before and found a good solution?

Be interesting and fleeting until you can hook them (but make it seem like they hook you). I usually do a lot of cocky funny and move around the party so I don't care enough to stick around any one person.
