So I kept running into this tidy little HB 9 over the summer at my regular hang out. We chatted a few times and I would always tease her. I started teasing her telling her she was stalking me. After we ran into each other a few more times I asked her for her full name so I could add her on facebook.

So I add her on facebook a few weeks ago I have not seen her in person since......

Now a few days ago she messages me on facebook chat and we chat for a bit and I tease her more about things and she says she likes my accent and humor.

At the end of that chat I said if she can agree to stop stalking me I will invite her out for a drink. She asked me to mail her when I wanted to go.

The next day I mailed her and said we should go out sometime next week. I said...

Now you have agreed to stop stalking me I can invite you out for a drink. Lets do sometime next week. What day is good for you?

Her response...

well thats kind of hard cause I really have a tight shedule...we'll write a lot of exams so I really don't know when I probably would have time ...but I'll let you know...see ya


Do you think thats an honest response or a flake, if its a flake whats a good way round it?

I guess she didnt like the stalking deal .
I would freeze her out for 2 weeks or so, after that just get back in touch, the exams should be over then... giving an oppertunitee. Always suggest the date and time, if she's unable to comply reschedule. Dont leave it completely open.

She was looking for an easy way to tell you "No." She did this by asking you to message her instead of telling you in person. I go back to my old philosophy on this. "Some will, some won't, so what, NEXT!"

i think you made it too open in deciding a time. i used to work in telemarketing doing appointment setting and if you ever asked which day they were most free they couldnt answer even if they never had plans. howver if you give two options such as thursday or friday at 9pm she has to choose one of the options. thats my experience with such things. a freezeout is probably best now as she has a perfectly valid excuse for the next few weeks anyway so trying again will be tough.

freeze out. i figure a light freeze out, meaning that you have the carefree attitude. however, you always want to seem cheerful and happy as she eventually speaks to you. give it time before you respond as well, because you want to seem busy too.

in the meantime, i find it helpful to game other girls out there to improve on skill and to let your mind loose and enjoy the abundance of women out there. one girl is not worth the trouble to be mind fucked over. we're all young, let's have some fun!
