She never texts me or IMs me, and never asks to hangout, and sometimes doesn't call me back or text me back. But I know 100 percent she wants to fuck me and date me. Last time we hungout only for like 20 mins cuz she had to go but before she left she was like "I don't get a kiss or anything?" In FRONT of 2 of my guy friends!! And we madeout before she left. But I'm getting like too clingy asking to hangout but if I never asked she wouldn't either. Meanwhile me asking a lot cuz she's busy a lot is costing me a lot of value and attraction! Its like a no-win scenario idfk what to do? Please help

Because you keep texting her or trying to get her to hangout, you're being too clingy, lowering your value. Maybe (read: probably) she's just playing with you, you know how manipulative women can be right?
Right now the situation is like this: you text her, she reads it, unless she's in dire need of attention she will reply back or hang out with you. If not, she's probably snickering or sighing at the attention you ask from her.
Solution: drop her. stop texting her, at least if she hasnt texted you, you could still reply to her but only if you know you're in control of the situation. you HAVE to be on top here. Other than that, just ignore her, move on, you seem to have oneitis, start going for other women and dont let this affect your inner game mate, good luck.
