Hey what's up guys?

I know an HB8 and our bond starts with the fact that we work together. At work things are great. We visit each other, we talk, she passes compliance tests, she accepts kino from me... no problem there. But outside of work?

I've seen her a few times outside of work but usually when I invite her to go out in a group setting she flakes on me or expresses interest (at first) but doesn't follow through. I have/have had this problem with other girls so I was wondering:

Does anyone have any tactics or techniques for getting girls to meet with them and/or reduce flakes?

Step 1: make your "hangouts" things you would do whether she came or not. This way it doesn't matter if she flakes because you are doing something you enjoy rather than making a special time in your schedule for her.

Step 2: Somewhere in your initial interaction, throw this in:

YOU: I have really high standards for the people I allow into my life.
HER: Oh really? Like what?
YOU: Well for example, if a girl ever flaked on me, I probably wouldn't ever take her seriously.
