my confidence comes and goes. I also find that for example first thing in the morning I feel a hell of a lot more confident than in the afternoon because I have been through a lot mroe interactions and my self esteem is wearing thinner. But I don't take the negative as bad. On the contrary, after a really lousy day of even feeling depressed, I find that I have to accept the feelings and not fight. I noticed that after feeling really down, if I just took it easy and didn't get too hung up about it, I would see a marked upturn the next day in mood.
Just depends on the day.
I find asking questions also help of a positive nature.
What did I do really well today to better my situation with girls? and other similar questions that I invent for myself.
If I didnt have any amazing luck that day, which very often happens, then I just write down the amazing chics that I caught checking me out. Then it boosts up my confidence. I keep all of this in a kind of diary.
Pick up any book by Anthony Robbins and that will also do the trick.
Take it easy and sure you will be kicking ass before you know it.
