this is my problem, if I feel no approach anxiety then I over analyze and really mess it up. approach anxiety makes me act without thinking and girls are crawling all over me without me ever talking.

Depression and anxiety are such disorders which most people face in there life as some stage for one reason or the other. If it's children the pressure of studies gets over their head and if it's adults the pressure of work attracts depression. Rather than going on drugs, one should look for the reason behind there problem . Keeping yourself busy and changing the schedule also helps sometimes to get over stress and depression.

Just ignore AA or the lack of it instead focus on reading micro movements, and ignore the 3 second rule (sorry Ka). Because if you look at micro movements and her mannerisms etc you can figure out a lot. Also if you can lip read things can be fun. Obviously don't stare at her but yeah mix things up get women to approach you using eye contact and forcing IOIs.
Also try cold reading using their mannerisms etc, be thinking like that crappy show on TV with the guy who can read body language. Last point keep things fun if you are over analyzing you are inside your head too much so use a meditation technique, when you start thinking of something label them as thoughts and nothing more and push them aside in your head
