If she is texting your buddy like that, and teasing you all she is just that way. Based on what you wrote she does sound like a tease that loves to get all these boys in a freezy chasing her, that is what gets her off more than anything.
The best thing you can do whether you want her or not is to walk away, and freeze her out. Don't respond back to her, and don't say much to her. She loves getting her way right? So we don't give it to her. That willingness to walk away as you know is a DHV.
The most this could be is a hook up or two. I know you just want a lay but I would leave this one alone and go after other girls. While you are after others if she comes on really strong to you again and you can convert it to a lay GREAT!
I just wouldn't waste any more time actively going after it though. Your mind set needs to be that you are moving on, whether you really want her, or you are forgetting her.
