Hey guys, sorry to hassle you guys with another one of these 1 itis threads but I just need help from some of the more wordy of you.

Basically me and my ex broke up after I kicked her out last year and wanted a break, couple weeks later she was fed up of being treated like she was and said she was gonna take a time out.

Everytime ive seen her, including last week, she has been attracted to me and happy to see me.
She hasn't dated anyone for the past year (i know this from friends and family who i trust) but when i txt call, she is very tardy with responses if at all.

I know she's still pissed off at me, and all i really want to do is arrange a meet so i can build a rapport up again and DHV.

I talked with a girly mate and she came up with this:

Hey "xxx", I figure ur still pissed off at me for the way I have behaved and im truly sorry for that.
It just feels like your angry at me, and im not sure why?
Not sure how things are going with you but id really like us to hang out sometime, as we used to have a good laugh and i miss that. talk to you soon.

This conveys how I feel, but i think it make me look weak or puts me in a much weaker position.
Do any of you guys have a better suggestion (other than moving on)?

Additional info:

She pissed off with me because I've been seeing a lot of girls since we broke up and lil things like that.

Everytime I see her shes giving off all the normal signals, is really nice etc etc but when it comes to mobile texting/calling, shes gone cold.

I've been told she's still in love with me, but is afraid ill treat her the same and things will go wrong again by a friend of ours.

This one actually IS special, despite 16 inbetween, so means a lot to me fellas.

it seems like she is still attracted to you, and probably qualified herself to you, but you need to build up that comfort again. how would you game a HB that is attracted to you but doesn't have comfort yet? get her to hang out with you in a low commitment and casual environment and then game her. get her to trust you, escalate kino, and maybe even change venue together. until then, when calling/texting be confident, playful, and funny. this will help build comfort from her, while getting her to remain attracted to you. be the prize again, and she will make it very clear that she wants to be with you again.

i do not agree with that lil love note you were advised to send. that is afc, and sometimes you need to game ex's as if they were new HB's. you need to be less needy.

I agree, thats what I was told but I know how unreliable women are for advice like this.

Once I've gotten her to meet up with me I'll be fine, it's just this text that I want to word perfectly, any ideas?

there are plenty of resources at this forum to help you with field tested text examles. i suggest you look at those.
