A Sticking Point or SP is an issue you CONSISTENTLY run into.
It is
NOT a point where you get stuck with ONE SPECIFIC GIRL.
A Sticking Point is:
Quote:
I keep getting LMR whenever I bring girls back to my place. This has happened at least 10 times already! What am I doing wrong?
A Sticking Point is NOT:
Quote:
I got LMR with this one girl! What do I do?
IT IS AGAINST THIS BOARD'S RULES TO POST THREADS ABOUT JUST ONE GIRL
If you have not already gone out and practiced enough to have a real Sticking Point from meeting an ABUNDANCE of women, YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO POST HERE.

hey, gotta start somewhere, right?
but heres the thing that i cant get past
my sticking point is after the opener, i eject
i know that im supposed to ask something like, so how do you all know eachother, and then do a routine like the best friends test or c's vs u's smile, but i dont do it
has anyone else had this problem, and if so what did you do about it?

Hell, I did this when I first started because I was still learning all the openers and everything. Most of the reason you eject is being nervous about opening, not forgetting the material, using good body language, etc, etc. We put so much stress on ourselves some times. You are only 5 sets in to infinity or something right. It's okay if we goof up some here and there.
Personally, I think one of the better things you can do is practice saying them out loud. If you have someone to practice with then great, and if not do it by yourself.
Through repitition you are teaching yourself to go through these without thinking about them as much. It's the same thing as you are doing in field however its just practice. So, if you have a friend then awesome and practice with them. IF not, use a voice recorder of some kind. This way you can listen to how it sounds back. You can hear the inflections, tonality, pauses, etc. _________________ Been around the world twice, Talked to everyone once...

Why don't you learn some "Magic" so you have something to transition to after the opener
There is also this thing called Cold reading which is when you act like you are psychic and you tell things to someone that only they could have known.

If you read "The Mystery Method" you will notice that he highly recommends stacking several routines so that if you have a brain fart (and we ALL get them) then you can have some generic routines to fall back on.
So you type up the routine stack (or write it, whichever works better for you) and then memorize and practice the routines in front of a mirror every day. Practice tonality, practice with a wingman if you have one, or listen to some PUA videos and audios to get an idea of proper tonality. Then go out, sarge and field-test what you learned. It usually takes a week or so of memorization and field-testing to get a routine "canned".
And YEAH, I know all the "natural game" dudes are gonna be pissed that I said that. Big deal. Before trying to be a natural, the best way for beginners to handle this is to create a routine stack. Unfortunately, Mystery didn't exactly give any examples of a full routine stack for attraction. So here's a good template:
1. Openers - 2 or 3 at least
2. Negs/teases - know 3 to 5 good ones
3. DHV routines (Demonstrate Higher Value) - have at least 3
4. False time constraint - this is EASY, just make one up in advance.
6. Transition - pretty generic "but you guys seem kinda cool".
7. Number close - have at least 2 memorized
After you got these basics down you can memorize some good attraction material, or better yet, USE YOUR OWN LIFE EXPERIENCES to make some and make it interesting.
Happy sarging,

Once you got all this stuff packaged all you have to do is pick the right thing to say for that particular ocassion. Also, make sure to weave things in from your own life. One of the worst things that could happen to a PUA is for someone to come into your set and use the exact same opener (verbatim) that you used. I can be a little awkward, trust me...
The thing about these lines is that they are more like a strategy. In reality, you need to have a large supply of material but at the same time you have to own it instead of letting it own you.
It also helps me to "script" conversations in my head. There are basically 3 types of responses you can get every time you spit something:
1. She responds with a positive engagement response
2. She responds with a negative engagement response
3. She responds with a "gray" response (generic "nice")
Have something to respond to every possible comment she could have. I think game is more about reacting than acting your game. Hope this helps!
