From what you've disclosed, I would say a direct approach would be the easiest if you've already gotten IOI's. Just say "Hi", convo for a bit, get the number and set up a day 2. You've got plenty of time to dhv and escalate.

If she's given you IOIs, you should strike while the iron (or snootch) is hot! You will kill your chances of a successful pick-up if you wait too long to capitalize! But remember: You have to approach in a calm and collected manner, because that is what attracted her to you in the first place. So if it were me, I'd just start a conversation with her, do a little light kino, and state that I was going out for coffee (or tea. you are in London!), and invite her to join me. The next step would be to have our beverages, all the while engaging in light conversation, then abruptly end it. Something along the lines of: "Oh gosh, I have to go (Make up something)! I completely forgot about it! Look, I had an awesome time, and I'd really enjoy seeing you again, so here's a pen, write down your number and I'll call you!" (Almost writes itself!) Then, in a few days set up day 2!

thanks man I appreciate the advice. here is one more question though, she is quite popular and she has loads of guys drullin for her. as for me all I got is without sounding arrogant my looks. even that Id give myself a 6/10.

If she noticed you first, then you've got to have more going for you than just your looks. And it's not about being famous or a "bad boy". It's about knowing what you want out of life as a man. You don't have to be an asshole to be dominant in social situations. Sean Stevenson once said "We teach others how to treat us..." I can be the calm guy too, but I still know my boundaries and know how I want others to treat me. That's alpha.
