Here's the situation. There's this waitress I met, my main tactic was picking on her and she would do it back. I took my friends to eat at the resturant and my buddy notice she was leaning in towards me as she was taking our order so he said he seen it alot at Bars in the city and said she was into me.

I would go into the store and usually get food, whenever she works I would just joke around and make fun of her (lightly) she would have a big smile and put her head down. Sometimes when I would walk in and pay for something she would come by and just look bored and randomly say "it's boring...". Also whenever they would need help at the resturant I would work out back in the kitchen, she was working with me and she touches me alot, simple friend / friend touch, like touching in the back, she grabbed my arm before. She usually talks about her BF and how he was in jail like she admires that "well my bf is a criminal....he's in jail...". I walked in and sat around she came over and talked to me and she was talking about how she was going to dump him if he wasn't getting out of jail.

The main thing I have done is pick on her and it works, hell most of the waitresses see me and say "are you here to see your girlfriend", so they think I am flirting with the girl. I use to be really shy around girls I like, but then I decided to make a new character that was very confident to talk to anyone, and basically alpha, i had a strong voice, not afraid to talk to strangers, very adaptable.

What else should I do, should i go into comfort, ask her to come on a date *just a meeting thing*, try to increase kino, etc

I just want to beable to have this girl as a gf, beable to change her feelings toward me as a friend to a lover type thing, switch on the attraction button, cause she has a great personality and she's over all really down-2-earth chick. btw, is there anyway of changing her frame of mind about her bf making into a bad idea instead of a good idea in her mind.

Sounds to me like you really need to make the change from attraction to mid-game, and fast. She is all over you, man! If the other people she works with are saying it (especially if they are chicks) then she is definitely there.

You would need to get her out of the place and into a comfort location where no one who knows her is going to see, but first you have got to make her really want it. I think that the classic line "too bad you're xxxx, or you'd be so my type" [give her a smile and then leave] would be helpful here. I probably would not say "too bad you're taken" though. This really would dampen the situation. I mean, he's in jail.

Also, escalate kino just enough so she knows you're into her before you give her that line. She'll be like putty in your hands.

Although really, it sounds like your replication instinct is getting in the way of your survival instict. The dudes in jail. He might have a tendency to kill you. Also, I don't think I could cut anyone's grass while they are in jail, man. Could you imagine getting locked up in the clink and coming out to find some jerk has taken off with your missus? That's harsh, man. Real harsh. I wouldn't be able to bring myself to do that. Maybe you should have one night of passion with the girl and then tell her that you feel really bad for her boyfriend the next day or something, just so you can cut it away clean. I know that sounds so beta, but maybe you should try not flirting with big bubba's girl-on-the-outside.
