my opion on this...
I think you've answered your own question.
TBH shes ur physio, she has to earn your trust. Anyone in the medical profession does, and also because theres a gender issue and shes touching you, shes more than likely being careful.
Theres sexual harassment, inappropiate conduct... you name it theres a allegation for it, so more than likely shes being friendly, building rapport with her patient because if your happy and relaxed she can work your knee without it being all tensed up etc etc.
If your sure or almost sure she has a bf... my advice is let it go. By all means be polite and ask her out for a drink to say "thank you" for the work shes done on you, at least it appears innocent and you have a get out for "I've got a boyfriend" ...
Personally - I'd say let her go, goto Belfast for the weekend and pick up chicks with accents if thats what does it for you. Theres too many mixed signals because of her job that make this a 'no no' in my opinion.
But good luck with whatever you decide
