Hello guys,
I know that this topic is posted a dozen of times but I really, but really need help. I go out both night and day game and I'm not able to cold approach a set of 1 girl or more. I dont feel any signs of approach anxiety, I'm totaly calm and relaxed. My game after approaching is solid, I can attract woman, build rapport, etc... I have really high standards and I want to approach only girls that I find attractive. Also I have correct beliefs and I learned a lot of theory but I need to get in practise now. I go out and waste time, waste opportunites and I dont know what to do anymore...
So, could you give me some guidelines to overcome that anxiety, I know I cant get rid of it completely.

Put some money on the line.

Give your wingman $100 and tell him to only give it to you when you have approached x amount of times

Or

Pay for a boot camp / One on one training

But I i don't have a lot of money - Figure it out. Time to put some sweat into his. Nothing great in life comes easily. Be a fucking lion and just fucking do it! Do it before you get too old and live with regret, that most old people go through...

Im from a small country and small town, to go for a bootcamp I need to travel so I must force myself somehow. Using wing is a good choice. Thanks

I traveled 5 hours to London for my boot camp from my small town. But having a love life was important for me, so I didn't blame the distance and so I just did it and didn't look back.

I suppose turning to clubs, hovering around not talking to women - wasting money on drinks is worth it..

problem with "a lot of theory" is a lack of practice,you just said it yourself,a lot of theory and now i need to get into practice,also it"s a waste only if you don't learn,approach everyone,not just attractive girls,practice and do it on repeat,what is actually a waste of time for you?

My waste of time is that I go out infield and do nothing, I go in a night game at 11pm and go home 3am without approaches..
edit: not 3pm but 3am*

3:00 AM mistake

4 hours doing nothing,stop watching,reading theory until you actually do anything,go out and fuck it up,because you will,it"s unavoidable,don't even think of doing it right until you fuck up,go out and say hi to a girl,do at least one open a day,as soon as you start talking to women and you"re done,go back home,when you get back home,open a text document and write down everything you remember,brake it down,watch or read anything related to what you just did outside and link your own experience with related content,learn from it and do it on repeat

I find that a lot of guys use the standards thing as an excuse to not take action.

We all want a 10, and when we see a 10 is very easy to beat approach anxiety and go give it out best shot, but the likeness of pulling that off when you've been standing around like a dud all night are slim to none. I've "first approached" girls that were 9's - 10's that completely blew me off instantly that I reproached that same night after warming up with other girls and then they were more receptive.

When guys give me the standards excuse, I point to a regular girl and say " If that girl walked up to you right now and said ' Can you please take me home and bang my brains out. ' would you do it? If the answer is yes, go approach. Every approach doesn't have to lead to you having a family. Hell, you don't even have to sleep with women that aren't a 10 if you don't want to, but why is that stopping you from approaching and having conversation? Im sure you chat up the fat bouncer at the door no problem.
