I'm satisfied with the number of people I've slept with and would like to try a relationship properly now. I have a big issue moving from being able to sleep with people/be friends with benefits to moving to a relationship. I think my issue might be that I have a distinct change in mannerisms when I like someone and I think I'm too obvious about it so it comes accross as needy.
Given I've spotted this trend I've tried to control it but I find it exhausting to try and pretend not to be as into someone as I am. What's the best way to control my behaviour without feeling like it's a massive effort?
This isn't with one girl and it has happened fairly routinely for about 5 years now although I previously haven't really been that interested in a relationship so I have never really cared about it til now.
