What are some tips, techniques, or midsets you guys use to help overcome the feeling of intimitdation or nervousness when meeting beautiful girls?

Usually i don't think about it. If I start thinking about what i'm gonna say, how I'm going to act, ect... She'll start thinking I'm that weird guy who's just following her around. So, I get an upbeat attitude walk right over to the group(or her if she's alone) and start talking about something that's fun and exciting. Even if I said something that made her upset it's still a good thing; emotion over logic. Just keep at it. Oh, and don't start the night by going to the HB10's, walk up to a group of guys, girls and basically make it look like you are the shit. Then after you open some less attractive sets then go in for the hotter ones. that way you show preselection and they will be more willing to talk to you because you are a fun guy to be around.

Those are some good tips.

Be in the moment, and not your head. As soon as you get caught up in your head you will fail (most likely) cause you get self conscious.

I don't know about starting with uglier women to approach, but just lube up get in good mood, and talk a lot, and you won't have any problem once your in the state of party / talking.

You get my point. Don't be intimidated by beautiful women, because you have no idea what the hell might be wrong with them. A woman with a gym membership and an adequate supply of makeup is a human being as flawed as any other. Before you go out next time, I want you to think of five "deal-breakers" that would make you turn down the most beautiful woman in the world. This should help you focus your energy on qualifying her. Be the selector, and stop imbuing pretty girls with divine properties. They're just people!

Something that I always tell myself before approaching a beautiful girl is

"She is just as self concious as I am"

I usually get the same feeling weather I'm approaching an hb7 or a hb10 in my stomach that AA but telling yourself things to pump you up always helps.

it's all about the 3 second rule, I didn't use it in the beginning and it just leads to severe approach anxiety, but the second you just approach it just happens that you put yourself in a situation where you have to say something

True, most women have to wear make-up to look good. The fact that you don't, makes you REAl. Thats your advantage over any female. Use this frame and you'll be less intimidated. In fact, SHE should be intimidated by YOU because you know her little secret. She doesn't really look as good naturally.

Hey Enterprise. How long does it take you to prep yourself to go outside and look presentable? Maybe five minutes? Chicks take HOURS to subterfuge their physical flaws and look like something more than what you wouldn't take a second glance at. You have the upper hand!

For sure get out of your mind and into your body, also try caffine right before you go in so you don't have the right energy.

I look at people for what they are some people see this hb10.. I just see a normal chick that just so happens to look good that night. treat her as you would a normal chick who drives the bus.. She only has power over you if you let her
