AARGRHH... I do it without realizing it.

I'm no newbie to the game, but thought you guys might be able to offer some insight.

It’s like a subconscious thing that I don’t even realize I’m doing until after I’ve done it, and it really doesn’t help.
As soon as you look at girls’ cleavage, you see that look in her eye where she thinks she owns you.
Any ideas on how I can train myself to stop this horrifically sarge mutilating habit?
I’ve tried concentrating on her eyes, looking away, everything bar hypnosis.

I think a key problem your having is that your thinking about the girl as a sexual being too early on in the interaction. If you were to think about her as your little sister, or cousin, and be playful and tease her, you wouldn't have the problem of being extremely attracted to her because you are more concentrated on having fun. Save the sexual attitude and mindset for later.

i´ve read, if you got this problems, you should think her "ugly" for example you are talking to a HB8/9 or so, then think her, with...don´t know an extremly big ass or something like this, that she becomes just a 5 or 6.

I'm not sure about everybody but if I try to picture someone as ugly, it kinda hits the off switch on me so when i do get her, I still am not happy because in my mind, she is ugly. The more i try to make a connection with her the more occupied my mind is.
I'm not sure if this will work but I met a guy once who said to look at the over 60 adult magazines, after seeing some of those, you will get better at looking at faces and not the tits. I think the same thing would work by volunteering at a retirement home. If you find yourself enjoying the magazine, you have serious issues. Try to get a phone number for one of their daughters if you want but get used to not staring at the tits.

USE THIS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE!!! There are a number of ways that you can use this as an aspect of your game. You said that it's subconscious sometimes...so make it CONSCIOUS! Yeah you heard me right.

1. Let her know that you ARE interested and make NO APOLOGIES for admiring her beauty

2. Neg her...either on her breasts themselves (pretty ballsy move) or just on her clothes. (use the dryer lint neg)

3. Go into a DHV story if she catches you: You could say something like "Yeah, I was looking at your tits, which are great by they way. But they just reminded me of this ex I had that wanted plastic surgery..." yadda yadda yadda...etc. Whatever you want to add. (This is kindof like Mystery's "I dated an exotic dancer" story)

So yeah dude, if you can't control it, make use of it. It's all about the Re-Frame man! This should get you back on the right track!

Here's some things to consider. It's a perfectly normal biological response. So don't feel guilty about that.

Also, the human can't think in negatives. It's like in the movies, whenever someone is hanging over the cliff and their savior shouts "DON'T LOOK DOWN!" what's the first thing they do? LOOK DOWN.

So to apply that concept to the situation, instead of trying NOT to look at her tits, work on eye contact. Done right it can have an incredibly powerful effect. Just look for something to look at instead of trying NOT to look at something.

Your problem is that you find tits to be the most important part of a womans body. I had this problem once so I reframed.

Think to yourself 'Any girl can have great tits! Plastic surgery can do wonders! Now, not every girl has eyes that you could look into all day.'
