My wing has pointed this out to me several times: I have no idea how to tell when a shy girl likes me or not. Like, really shy girls. Does anyone have any experience with this and could list some signals out for me?

Make them comfortable bro. I'm like a magnet for shy girls because I am the complete opposite and will spare them the time of day here and there. I don't let them get away with being shy. I open them like they are a really good friend and just dig until they break that shell. You just know when someone likes you. If not, assume attraction.
