I imagine this is extremely common but a little broad:

I'm introverted. After a weekend of going out, laying out sets, and etc. I feel EXHAUSTED. While that in itself is fine, it does lead me to be off of my game for the rest of the week. I had a set today in the grocery store and I just wasn't able to maintain it; I was just so tired.

Logically the easiest solution would be to give up night gaming. Which is fair. However I just got out of a LTR and I'd rather go out and meet real people than stay in playing video games, watching movies, and reading books (basically what all introverts do), in hopes of establishing a better social network and being able to, y'know, get laid by an attractive woman. So that option is out.

Are there any tips you guys can give either to (a) make social interactions less draining and/or more effective, or (b) make the recovery time a bit faster.

When you get better you don't have to try so hard. Interactions are fun and energizing. The actual solution to your problem I would suggest is actually going out 7 nights a week for as long as you can. You'll be drained as fuck during the project, but afterwards you'll find basic interactions easy and you won't get so amped up and thus get drained.

Also, don't drink as much or at all. It wrecks your sleep. I find after a night of gaming where I drink I wake up too early, unrested, and with a "busy brain" that prevents me from getting back to sleep.

I'm also to a large part introverted. You can find some advice from the forum member Chief here. He has a dedicated thread for questions. If you search via google this forum you find interesting threads, just type in "chief introverted site:pick-up-artist-forum.com" in google to find relevant posts. Further there is Chief's "Seductive Introvert" program[1] that is specifically tailored at introverts. I am in this program for five months and it improved my game dramaticallly. He explains why you have to work differently and use it to your advantage, if you are introverted. Also you can get you money back in the first two months and I guess, like others see it, Chief's word can be trusted on this.
