When you get better you don't have to try so hard. Interactions are fun and energizing. The actual solution to your problem I would suggest is actually going out 7 nights a week for as long as you can. You'll be drained as fuck during the project, but afterwards you'll find basic interactions easy and you won't get so amped up and thus get drained.
Also, don't drink as much or at all. It wrecks your sleep. I find after a night of gaming where I drink I wake up too early, unrested, and with a "busy brain" that prevents me from getting back to sleep.
